| I am the last of a dying breed, a retail grower. I grow all my tomatoes and other vegetables from seed sown by hand, no machines (or employees) here! I also grow over 50% of my annual and perrinial flowers as well as shrubs (azaleas, nandinas)and vines (clematis and jasmines). I bring my fruit and shade trees in from a 4th generation nurseryman in Alabama and my Roses from the "best" although unadvertized Rose farm in the country. I have 20 years experience but DO NOT have a landscape service to distract me from my goal: to provide the average homeowner with the product and the knowledge to be successful in beautifying her home and providing the joy of healthy homegrown fresh fruit and food. I even grow my own "soil", composted woodchips and horse manure cooked to perfection by Nature. I recycle the larger Black Plastic Nursery Pots, bring yours back for annual plants. expect the unexpected: I even have Hawiian Plumeria! Pecan trees, blueberries, vidalia onions, you get the idea. |
